Basic Definitions

1. Accounts and Platform Usage

• The subscriber acknowledges that the account is for personal and individual use only, and sharing login details with any other person is strictly prohibited.
• The subscriber undertakes to provide true and accurate information upon registration, and bears responsibility for any activity carried out through his account.
• The platform administration has the right to suspend any account that is proven to have shared login credentials or attempted to access system vulnerabilities without prior warning.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

• All intellectual property rights for the content (course videos, psychological exercises, audio files, texts, and logos) are fully reserved for the Montaser Moussa platform.
• It is prohibited to record, photograph, republish, or sell any part of the platform's content in any way.
• Leaking content exposes its owner to immediate banning from the platform, in addition to legal prosecution on charges of infringing on intellectual property rights.

3. Special Courses and Sessions

• The validity period for accessing training courses varies based on what is shown on each course's page during purchase.
• The content provided on the platform is guidance and training content aimed at raising awareness and self-healing, and its results vary from person to person depending on the extent of commitment to the application.
• If you book a private session, you must adhere to the scheduled time. If you wish to postpone, you must inform technical support at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Payment and Returns

• The courses are activated immediately and automatically after a successful electronic payment process is completed.
• Due to the nature of the digital products (courses and videos) that are immediately available to the subscriber, there is no refund system after the purchase is completed and the content is accessed.
• For private sessions, no refunds are possible if you do not attend without prior notice.

5. Behavior within the platform community

• We are committed to ensuring the platform is a safe environment for everyone. Therefore, the use of offensive language, defamation, or harassment of other users in the comments section or discussion groups is strictly prohibited.
• Promoting other products or services within the platform's comment sections is prohibited.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

• We make every effort to ensure the platform operates around the clock, however we are not responsible for temporary outages due to technical reasons or emergency maintenance work.
• The consultations and courses offered are not a complete substitute for clinical psychiatric treatment in advanced cases that require drug intervention.
