Not only did I survive it, but I studied it, and by the grace and will of God, I grew through it.

I became a certified practitioner of “Compassionate Inquiry” under the supervision of Dr. Gabor Mateh, one of the world’s leading experts in trauma, stress and addiction.

And a certified practitioner of TRE® (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises), having received direct training from Dr. David Pearsley, the founder of this method.

I also received formal training in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, which is one of the most powerful therapeutic models for healing internal parts and restoring self-driving.

I am also a practitioner familiar with the NARM® (NeuroAffective Relational Model), which is one of the most important modern approaches to treating complex and developmental trauma through deep relational awareness and human connection.

In parallel, my background as an electrical engineer spanning over 15 years in the field of Control & Instrumentation has helped me develop an analytical way of thinking based on understanding systems and getting to the root causes.

I have combined this engineering thinking with deep therapeutic training and personal experience to develop a methodology that gets directly to the root of psychological and emotional pain.
